One of the best experiences on Freelancer. In over 3 years of working with different web/software developers on freelancers, they tend to fall into 4 categories: Not good, OK, Good & Exceptional. The bad ones can't finish the job and there are plenty of them on this portal. The OK ones can get the job done, but the code is a mess and so is the communication typically and you end up having to re-write the code. The good ones write clean code, understand the project, and do a good job with good communication and can problem solve as well. The most exceptional developer go the extra mile and what most distinguishes them from the rest is that they are smart and add value to the project beyond the initial specs and solve problems on the fly. They take initiative and are creative. Alex belongs to the latter. You'd be making a big mistake not to hire him. Highly recommended!
