I'm a writer with over 25 nationally and internationally published essays and articles. My work has appeared in "Eritrea Profile" (the National Eritrean newspaper where I work as a freelance columnist), "The Kalahari Review", "Brittle Paper", "Eritrean American Harmony", and "Dehay News" and "[login to view URL]". I offer writing services that encompass articles, essays, profiles and science communication for public audiences as well as other forms of non-fiction writing. I am passionate about using my writing to explore, to inform, to connect and to inspire people. As a public health practitioner, I am also experienced in conducting and writing scientific research studies, as evidenced by my thesis paper being selected as one of the top research studies in my University in the year 2019, culminating in its nationwide coverage at the Eritrean Public Health Association (ERIPHA) conference in the same year. I also have experience translating various kinds of documents as a freelancer for private consulting companies in Asmara, Eritrea, and have worked with international organizations like the Alliance Française (Asmara) to do live interpretations in cultural exchange conferences. The document translations I frequently work on range from general content to medical and health-related content.
