Translation (EN->IT) and Proofreading in Italian

Did not do the job. Translation and proofreading was given and agreed on - the proofreading was done, translation not. Even not all files of proofreading were given at first. After asking to give translation the translator said it was not agreed on, although everything in chat is very transparent. Not professional, not admitting mistakes and not communicative to find a solution. Now I do not trust this translator for translating my documents.
