I have a variety of computer and office settings skills. I worked in customer service for 8 years, 2 of those being a contents specialist which consisted of data entry and research. For 1 year I was a first notice of loss representative and then promoted to claims administrator. Both of those roles involved using multiple computer programs, data entry and processing, answering phones, transcribing, taking claim information and attaching photos to claim files. For 3 years I worked as a customer service specialist which involved data entry, noting, using Microsoft office, excel and spreadsheets.
