Welcome to my profile. This is Saed A, professional architect/structural engineer with 23 years experience. I have team members who are all licensed architect/structural engineer all over the US. I and my colleagues can create plans for commercial/industrial /residences, and can provide a complete set of drawings for city permits. My scope of work includes: ✅Preparation of drawings for the construction of new buildings ✅ Drawing up plans for alterations, updates and renovations of residential houses and industrial/commercial buildings ✅Review the drawings based on the building code of the state and seal/correct and seal if there are any errors in the drawings ✅Drawing up and reviewing water supply/sewer piping ✅Creation and calculation of site plan ✅ Drafting/structural calculations for adding and removing decks/catches I will remain responsible and continue to revise my clients' plans until they are approved by the City. ✅ Rendering and Animation 3ds max, Blender, Lumion, Solidowrks I hope to do a great deal with my dear clients.
