I an working as HRBP in wipro since last 15 months where I work on end-ens ownership of employee life cycle for more than 1200 employees across geographies. I have been commended for my thoughtful ideas on building the engagement charter and important policies for employees. Prior to HRBP role in wipro, I completed my MBA in 2019 in HR from Scmhrd (Symbiosis International University). With CGPA 7 My interest in this project arise mainly out of the sheer interest that I have in making a net positive on the employee experience so that I am able to create a workplace where human capital thrives and feels connected with the organization.
