A problem happened with the statistical software and he wasn’t able to deliver the project on time and as agreed, which is why I gave 1 star on expertise and quality of work (no option to not rate). I still gave him 5 stars for communication and professionalism though. He is very respectful and prompt. I would probably work with him again after he fixes the issue/s with program/s.
