I am responsible for managing the data we receive from 8 million daily users. In my day-to-day, I am accustomed to dealing with A/B tests, artificial intelligence, SQL, and Python. Always focused on delivering better understanding and visualization of data to improve stakeholder decision-making. I began my career by discovering my passion for computing in college. Since then, I have always sought to teach people how computing, especially Python, can greatly simplify our lives. I have been a Python classroom monitor and have been a private tutor in the subject for 5 years now. In my current job, I need to have an analytical and assertive outlook to maintain low costs with data while extracting value from the information we have. I am very familiar with GCP and have completed several projects integrating GCP functionalities with Python to achieve results such as: - Revamping our journalism page through A/B tests, managing the project, and conducting analyses for strategic business decisions. Achieved a 10 million monthly user increase and a 10% lift in news pageviews. - Statistical inference project utilizing ML techniques (Python) integrated with SQL. This initiative impacted 4 million daily users, resulting in a 20% increase in pageviews. - Developed a Dashboard to monitor the country's largest media event. Resulting in a 50% reduction in decision-making time.
