Brazil Antidumping International Trade WTO

This study aims to identify the process of using antidumping measures by Brazil, as well as to establish a relationship between the use of this tools in the global context and in the country. It also analyzes dumping in its economic and legal aspects (through national laws and the WTO) in order to link these aspects with an applied approach of a dumping denounce case that has Brazil as the complainant. A brief analysis of trade liberalization compared with the number of initiation of antidumping measures by Brazil in order to verify that there was indeed such an increase in these measures after the liberalization.
