I am one of the opinion that the buyers coming to FREELANCER.COM are looking for quality work, experience, value for money, and choice. It is my continuous effort to properly assess a project before making a bid, and apply myself whole heartedly to its completion, once the project has been assigned to me. I am aware that it takes time and effort to fully understand the scope of a project. It may not be completely defined in the initial request.
