I am a creative engineer dedicated to improving lives through research, teaching, and technology. I have a strong academic background in material science and a broad range of interests: mechanics of material, material characterisation, mechanical design, meta-material, additive manufacturing. My holistic technical skills combined with industrial and project management experience has enhanced my unique approach to formulation development. I lead a number of interdisciplinary research projects, spanning from the design of novel design to advancement in fundamental knowledge of the effect of physicochemical alterations may have on biological responses. Uniquely this is combined with extensive expertise in additive manufacturing allowing for physical exploitation of medical device geometries to enhance functionality.
