I have been with Sirius XM, Product Support for 6 months. As a customer service representative, I was able to handle not as many calls in a shift, unlike the normal representatives has. It was because I do troubleshooting on all of my calls. I gave proper procedures on how they would be able to fix their satellite radio’s problems – most of my troubleshooting processes were successful. For those satellite radios that aren’t entitled for fixing and considered as old and damaged, we give the customers an opportunity on purchasing a new satellite radio instead. That’s the time when we produce sales too. Maintained a hundred percent CSAT from my 3rd to 6th month of being a customer service representative with a minimum number of four customer commendations per month.
