The world's smallest Medium Voltage (12kV) Softstarter. The enclosure was based on an existing design, but heavily modified so that it houses the softstarter (with cooling), earthing/isolation switch (with interlocks), main switchgear (VCB or Contactor), bypass switchgear and control system.

Usually, the switchgear alone takes up a single cabinet. This allows the MVX to be used in applications where space is at a premium (e.g. ships) and retrofit applications. In 2013, AuCom gained Internal Arc-fault Certification for its MVX product.

AuCom MVX Enclosure

Addition of Remote Control Panel to existing product. Allows a control panel to be mounted in an enclosure door, seperate from the unit inside, thereby protecting users from electrical hazards.

Local Control Panel

Arc-fault exhaust gas ducting system for MVX Panel Line-up. Designed specifically for the MVX Product as part of its IAC (Internal Arc-fault Certification) Project.
