Nuke Artist / Motion Designer

I'm natural from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil where I developed my background as a VFX Compositor and Motion Designer working for more than 4 years on studios and TV Channels such as Globo TV and CNT. Since 2015, I live in Vancouver, Canada and since then I have worked as a freelancer for some projects such as ad campaigns and short movies. Last year I wrap up my first featured film project, working for GFZ Studios. Now I keep doing my freelancer jobs with a focus on Motion Designer and Compositing, as well as tracking and rotoscoping jobs. ● Composed shots using different techniques with After Effects and Nuke. ● Used rotoscope and rotopaint techniques in some shots to achieve the best compositing results. ● Tracked shots camera movement to be used in compositing with Mocha. ● Worked with a small team of 6 in-house artists and a few remote teams, in a very fast pace environment. ● Coordinated and QC the shots from two remote rotoscope teams, making sure the shots achieved the best quality and were delivered on time.

● Composed shots using different techniques with Nuke ● Worked together with 3D artists to find the best solution for the 3D assets for the shots. ● Managed the tight deadline of around 5 to 6 weeks, dealing with the pressure and still keeping the quality in the shots, while keep the project within the deadline.
