Numerical Analysis of Mistuning in Turbomachinery
Sep 2016 - Jun 2017 (9 months, 1 day)
The research based project was based on the analysis of mistuning in the rotary parts of the turbine engines.
Now, there must be small mistunings in the blades which can cause severe vibrational problems at high speeds.
Therefore a research was conducted by a team of 3 people, of which I was a lead researcher. We simulated the proposed results of the two cases (Mistuned and Tuned) on ANSYS and Modal Analysis of the two cases was observed.

An essay writing competition was arranged each year titles 'UET Literary Week', a part of which was the Essay Writing Competition. I actively participated in the competition and I stood in the top-5 in the year 2015.
