My name is Gabriele Gilodi, and I am a composer and sound designer. As a composer, I can work with many genres of music, just as orchestral, cinematic, electronic, rock, funky, and many others. I'm experienced at programming virtual instruments and can write sheet music. As a sound designer, I learned how to create sounds (soundscapes, human movements, monster voices, guns, cars etc...) using different techniques: I can layer more foley sounds recorded by me, or I can create them by shaping a waveform. During my work, I never give up on a problem and always look for a way to solve it. I aim to work with other professional artists to improve my abilities in ambitious projects. I want to learn new skills to create the best customer audio experience. In a few years, I see myself as a Senior composer and a mentor for other colleagues to help them and build strong teamwork. A bit of my story and how I started my career. I have been playing the piano since I was 9, now I'm a piano teacher. I attended a musical high school, and in April 2019, I graduated from Dams in Turin, an Italian University. After that, I passed the Music Composition and Sound Design course at the Comics School with the highest marks in December 2021. In 2022 I attended a year of specialization at Mas Academy. I am a keyboard player and orchestrator, and I published two records: "03:30 Dehuman Rise" by Energy of the Elements and "Creeping Time" by Misteyes. I'm also the keyboardist of Desecrate and Gotland. In the last years, I operated as a music composer and sound designer for movies (Ancestral World, Headshot), videogames (Timber Tournament, Legendary Ones), board games (Mageworld), web series (L' Opera degli Inganni) and YouTube content (The Vault of Ambience). I collaborate with the composer Guglielmo Del Gaudio as a pianist, transcriber, and orchestral mockup artist.
