I have worked as a support associate in Quorum Lanier Philippines, where I learned how to do multitasking, quality checking of data entries and production reporting using MSExcel, and MS Access. I organise all the documents per project before and after encoding processes then do the reconciliation and validation before handing it over to the clients. In addition to this, I have worked as a tech support agent in Verizon on line, where I do the troubleshooting of the internet connection over the phone and simultaneously updating the details of the customers online, including the documentation of the troubleshooting process. During my stay in SGS we do our work in the company's intranet system, where we encode paperless documents.
