I have ample experiences in being a customer service associate and technical support analyst from prestigious BPO call center companies for the past 9 years. I previously worked as a level 2 technical support representative with multi tasking responsibilities which included fixing internet issues, installing antivirus soft wares, handling customer billing disputes, issuing refunds, dispatching onsite technicians, up-selling internet packages , restoring service interruptions and fixing equipment malfunctions.
