I have a wide scope of skill sets in different industries and working as a Virtual Assistant for American, British, Australian, and Canadian entrepreneurs since 2015. Prior to being a full-time Virtual Assistant, I was a Quality & Training Assurance Associate to a BPO company. I even started as an ESL teacher when switching to a home-based career, but eventually focused on the Virtual Assistance project.
I acquire my skills by self-studying, thorough researching, and working with various clients over the years. I can provide sophisticated support to my clients from basic to critical tasks.

As an Administrative Assistant, my biggest contribution is my organizational and problem-solving skills. My initiative and ability to organize gives more time for clients to focus on other things that the business needs rather than getting tied on redundant tasks to critical ones.
As support to my clients, I have the mindset of being the owner of the business. I am capable to master my clients’ business in a short period of time. Learning how the business works are helping me a lot to deliver an exceptional service to my client. My genuine concern for the business becomes my strategy to know what is the best support I can give to help the clients reach their business goals.
My vision is to help business owners reach their goals without spending so much time at work and to have more time for the family without worrying too much about the company.
