I have a wide scope of skill sets in different industries and working as a Virtual Assistant for American, British, Australian, and Canadian entrepreneurs since 2015. Prior to being a full-time Virtual Assistant, I was a Quality & Training Assurance Associate to a BPO company. I even started as an ESL teacher when switching to a home-based career, but eventually focused on the Virtual Assistance project. I acquire my skills by self-studying, thorough researching, and working with various clients over the years. I can provide sophisticated support to my clients from basic to critical tasks. As support to my clients, I have the mindset of being the owner of the business. I am capable to master my clients’ business in a short period of time. Learning how the business works are helping me a lot to deliver an exceptional service to my client. My genuine concern for the business becomes my strategy to know what is the best support I can give to help the clients reach their business goals.
