BnkJar is a crowfunding platform focused in helping non-profit organizations. Initially conceived to be a layaway program bnkjar was a PHP e-commerce solution. Evolution of the project took the team, though different stages of redevelopment of the business model to deployment. Personally took care of the whole product cycle. Architecture was reoriented to split efforts into front and backed with 2 different frameworks. The database was also split to handle social relations with graphic environment and data with PosgreSQL. Head Driven Development methodology and Version Control system made possible the first release of this product. Second Stage is under construction with help of a larger team.
