I am the Executive Assistant to the Corporate VP for Human Resources, Training, and Organizational Development. As the EA of the VP HR, I oversee the operations as well of the HR and reports to him in order to know that the operations are smoothly running. Alongside, I directly work as the HR Staff for I am a graduate of BS Psychology with Cum Laude honors. I am a Licensed Psychometrician as well. And has plans to take up my Master's Degree in Organizational Psychology. Moreover, I do a lot of freelance writings in different sites for as a Psychology major Graduate, you will be exposed to a lot of writing and I have fun with it.
