I have 16 years of experience in Human Resources department as Data Analyst and Head of Employee Development. I've used my programming skills with PHP, Python (Pandas-Numpy-Seaborn-Matplotlib), and VBA to develop many applications including desktop and websites. I have developed Annual Appraisal application, Task Management Application, and many more minor applications for all HR divisions. I have won best employee award in 2016. I am more interested with Data Analyzing and cleaning as i used it too much at work. I heavily use Python language for data mining and cleaning. My main goal here is to achieve more than receive.
