Naveer is never on deadline,not cooperative and understanding and difficult as a character, even after years of cooperation.He usually goes unresponsive. I tried many times to work with him in normal terms.All the times I worked with him he didn't care about the deadline, bringing a lot of anxiety and trouble to my projects, dangerous for my integrity and reputation. He had the nerve to come back at me when I complained about the deadlines! His deliverables are acceptable but I wouldnt recommend
