PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE INDEPENDENT CONSULTING (2008-PRESENT) I operated a technology consulting business in the Reno/Sparks area of Nevada. I provided services ranging from in home technical support to custom application development. UNITED PARCEL SERVICE OF AMERICA, INC. SENIOR DATA ANALYST (2003-2008) I was the primary contact for information technology and data analysis functions in the district. My responsibilities included scheduling and conducting meetings with internal customers to perform needs analysis. In concert with them, I designed systems, methodologies, and processes to address their requirements. I also documented system designs, and then developed and implemented those systems using appropriate technologies. I managed projects and project teams.
