Ousman M.S. Dorley is a strong research professional over the past five years with a demonstrated history of serving in key research positions- ranging from Research Assistant, Research Coordinator to Research Consultant with both local and international NGOs. Ousman has also worked as a volunteer in community services, youth and women empowerment, human rights advocacy initiatives.
Currently, Ousman is working in the private sector as Operations Manager at the Farafina Investment Group, Inc. where he squarely focuses on developing, implementing, and reviewing operational policies and procedures of the company.

Ousman is the Founder and Executive Director of a registered nonprofit social enterprise established in 2016 with the mission to inspire underprivileged youths living in slum communities and mobilize resources to protect and strengthen their living conditions through vocational skills training, entrepreneurship and innovation.
