We integrated the Gmail and Zendesk services for auto mail response to their client. We developed the solution to automate the process of sending replies to customers to FAQ. The solution facilitates auto-reply to customer queries through mail. It also adds comments to the tickets. Gmail integration is part of the solution to send auto-reply emails on behalf of the support executive. Zendesk is also integrated into the solution to facilitate the auto-reply on tickets raised by customers.
