PROJECTS
• 2010-2011: Designed both hardware and software of obstacle detector which performed well by
detecting the obstacles which come into its path and then turning into either right or left hand side.
• 2012: Implemented receiver algorithms on a DSP board. Algorithms included filtering, demodulation, synchronization, error detection and message display using MATLAB.
• 2012: Implemented an FIR filter on an FPGA chip using Quartus Altera software.
• 2012: Implemented a wireless sensor network using ZigBee enabled PIC nodes. Functionality included CSMA/TDMA network protocol, error detection, temperature/light sensor interfacing and analog input to digital output conversion.
• 2012: Implemented Advanced modulation and demodulation techniques using MATLB.
• 2013: Mitigating the effects of cross channel interference on a ZigBee based Wireless Sensor Network. Algorithms that enable ZigBee based networks to effectively determine the severity of the interference.
• 2013: Worked on colour constancy algorithms and developed a MATLAB code which works better than many previously proposed algorithms.
