A simple iPhone app

I posted my project in the middle of January and techmasterpk stated that this project would be completed in 30 days, but now 4 months have gone already and the project is not yet completed. In addition, when I try to communicate with techmasterpk but it is usually unavailable until a week later, for that reason I rate the Communication the lowest mark. Moreover, techmasterpk missed a requirement I have stated in the description, but requested more budget in order to complete it, as a result I rate the Professionalism the lowest mark. Till now this project has not completed yet but I have paid all the money, this is a very bad experience to me in freelancer.com. I lost my money, my time and my patience from the delay. I gave files that have more than 70,000 terms in Arabic and English that need manipulation, sorting and programming to fulfill my hard requirements and provide complete iphone and Android and MsWord Applications.
