My background includes 4 years of experience in a multinational company where I have worked focused on Compensation, Performance Evaluation and Learning and Development. Most recently, I started to work in the Technical Training Department, where my responsibilities include mapping out training plans, designing and developing training programs; choosing appropriate training methods (simulations, gamification tools, storytelling, debating, etc.) and providing train-the-trainer sessions for internal instructors. Previously, I worked as HR Analyst where I coordinated many programs like University/MBA, Recognition Program and Internship Program.
In addition to this experience, as a Learning and Development professional, I really enjoy spending some time studying new HR subjects. With my last article about knowledge management and corporative universities I won an award from the HR Association of Rio de Janeiro.
