Hello, my name is Tulika Srivastava . I have been working as a professional HR Recruiter from 4.5 years. I Completed my PGDM HR IN 2016 . While there are thousands of HR Recruiter are available in the market, I consider myself as a good fit for this position because I not only completed my professional course(MBA) where i am required to work thoroughly for different domain or industries which helped me to develop the passion towards hiring. I works towards accuracy which help me to stay organised . From last 5 yrs i am working as a hr executive recruiter ...now a Senior IT HR Recruiter . I have experience in handling sourcing for both IT & NON IT skills .
