Upright Technologies (the worker) agreed in their Worker Contract that if their project went into arbitration, they would respond to the arbitrator's questions fully and on a timely basis, or they would forfeit the arbitration. An arbitration occurred and Upright Technologies did not do this. All funds in escrow were returned to SeijiMaehara (the employer).

An arbitration occurred and desmondmrgn did not do this. However, Upright Technologies (the worker) agreed in their worker contract to upload the entire deliverables to the website, or they would forfeit the project. Upright Technologies did not do this. All remaining funds in escrow were returned to Desmondmrgn.
