Dashboard and Excel Spreadsheets Management:
- Proficiently handle dashboard management for streamlined project oversight.
- Manage Excel spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in project tracking and data analysis.
Project Administration:
- Handle project invoice processing, ensuring financial aspects align with project goals.
- Implement and control project/programme standards to maintain consistency and quality.
MS 365 Proficiency:
- Possess sound knowledge of MS 365 products, including MS Teams, SharePoint, MS Form, Excel, and Word.
- Utilize these tools for effective communication, collaboration, and documentation.
Process Improvement:
- Proactively suggest process improvements to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
Calendar Management:
- Maintain a detailed calendar of major programme meetings and reporting schedules.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Appropriately manage and store programme and project documentation.
- Create Gantt charts to visually represent progress on project deliverables.
- Assist with tracking programme/project expenditure and milestones.
Meeting Participation and Minutes:
- Attend steering groups, team meetings, Risk Management meetings, and other external project/strategy meetings.
