I need a carbon fibre mobility scooter frame (modelled in Creo) completed. This small project is for the second MKII prototype to test the proof of concept. I have the basic solid model but cannot complete the more complex surfacing to create the mould for making the frame. The base and seat post must be smoothly blended. The model is shelled and will be used for the CN router to make an MDF mould. I have attached a part file of the frame. After testing the concept, I will need complex modelling to build a more visually appealing third prototype.
