Modify Theme, Template, and Plugins

We offer a building materials product locator service, connecting buyers with sellers. The site will allow vendors to enter their products (Name, description, size, etc) into appropriate fields. The products will initially be limited to a specific building (construction) materials with the potential to expand in the future. Then prospective customers can use search box to narrow their search and identify a vendor(s) that have what they are looking for. The potential customer will be able to contact vendor through our website for questions and and given full vendor info upon completion of transaction (Similar to EBAY). The vendor will be paying a listing fee along with a completed transaction fee. I have purchased a theme ( [login to view URL] ) that does much of what I am looking for but needs obvious modifications. The creator of this theme is too busy with the automotive industry clients he has and unable to address my conversion. I am not totally opposed to scraping this theme and starting new, but I believe it to have a foundational value and be usable. I have attached the purchased theme below. Below are modifications that need to be addressed: I need minor text changes (all in English) to theme, template, and plugins, altering vehicle descriptions to building materials . The theme is Localization ready and I understand this can be accomplished using Localization tools. I need plugin added that will allow vendor member to enter units (length, width, height, etc). And allow public user to filter search results to identify vendors that have product they are looking for (existing plugin needs to be modified). All modifications will need to be written to allow future Wordpress and Theme updates. I need some functionality of existing template to be removed. Help with existing WooCommerce interface. I need future support. I will need the ability for Android and iPhone apps (to be created in separate project if deemed more efficient) to access and enter data/pictures on Wordpress site. I expect to have a working Wordpress site that will allow membership for the vendors to post their building products and the buyer to filter and purchase the products. I expect the site to process these purchases through WooCommerce ( or other suitable service) along with build/maintain database for future promotions, etc.
