edit a script

i have this script: [login to view URL] i like the layout i want several changes to be done; 1. this script has the option of uploading photos- iwant this to be removed, instead add a gallery(on the taskbar) where the admin can upload his pictures and add details 2.i want an option which allows users to upload videos(mp4,3gp,avi,etc), and adding a player which plays on both destop and smartphones.(a youtube like site), it can use FFmpeg conversion too-i have No knowlegde about these modules, u know better 3. in the upper taskbar, instead of ' one categories',there should be two adjustable(could be renamed from the admin menu) categories,also whn the user will upload his video, he can choose which of these 2 categories [login to view URL] the user will click on the video, it will direct it to another page where the video will play(like youtube) [login to view URL] the social modules should stay and the comments also. [login to view URL] number of ads placement must be atleast 7;with 2 skycrappers etc..(easily controled in the admin menu) 7. in the admin menu, an option of changing the background must be added [login to view URL] carousel module shouuld remain where it is. [login to view URL] analytic codes in the admin menu 10. add multi language support. design should be as friendly as possible you can please quote ur price , i have no idea about the prices :P
