I am looking to develop a website whereby customers can custom build an avatar with their own body measurements and also build dresses to suit their body type, with full customer communication process eg auto email and database management, shopping cart and custom created interactive tools in order to customise items such as;
Bodice style
Neck line
Sleeve options
Waist style
Skirt shape and length
Embellishments
Fabrics
Website will need to contain the following pages;
Design your avatar
Design your dress
Gallery of previously manufactured product
About us/contact us/ legals/

Essential requirements from freelancers are
Good English language and communication
Ability to fully scope the technical project in advance of commencement (no surprises or roadblocks half way through the project)
Commitment to complete the project for fixed rate-to be negotiated on a full scope of the site
Legally binding and mutual obligation for agreed deliverables and time frames
Ability to convert site into iOS platform and or mobile app (stage2)
Available for ongoing maintenance at fixed rate or hourly rate to be negotiated
