Project Description: Access to legal search engine like Lexis Nexis or West Law is required. Legal research and legal writing experience is required. I would like legal research to support my arguments to the court below: 1- Due process requires that the validity of keogh retirements assets must be determined at trial not in post judgment collection procedures and not by filing motions (motion proceedings); 2- My existing keogh accounts are valid for at least the following reasons - a) they have never been challenged by the IRS for over the past 40 years, b) The required annual forms for retirement accounts have been annually filed pursuant to law.
