Hi, I have been developing websites with Joomla since 2008. Lately I have completed a number of upgrades from versions as old as Joomla 1.0 to Joomla 3.2. I have therefore a lot of experience of upgrades. From 2.5 to 3.2 I would not recommend the sue of CMS2CMS. There are upgrade methods provided by Joomla that can take care of it. The most critical part will be to check that all third party your extensions are available for Joomla 3.2 If not we'll have to find a replacement component. It will also be necessary to upgrade your template. It could be the opportunity to refresh your design a bit if necessary.
