Help me with Marketing

Hi freelancers, We are looking for an online support in bidding & making customer interaction. We want someone can daily bid for web projects on behalf of our company & co-ordinate to the customers. Our core business is website development. Due to bulk orders, we are already occupied, So need a freelancer with good communication skills, hardworking, & best at customer support. Some of the requirements are as follow: Bidding, Calling, Emails, Chatting, Video Calls, Making reports & proposals etc. Required Time: 4-5 hours (with 24 hours support) Fixed Budget: $100-$250 Incentives: 5-10% on each sales closer Rest of details, will provide on meeting.
