NEED: An iOS+Android+SIP developer that can build a plugin to make PJSIP useable in PhoneGap/Cordova 3.1.0+ on BOTH Android and iOS. (Depending on the quality of the results of this project, we may open source it and list you as the primary developer.) PJSip ([login to view URL]) is available for Android and iOS. REQUIREMENTS: A complete Phonegap/Cordova Javascript interface to PJSIP, including the following functionality: - register with existing sip server - make calls - receive calls - send DTMF signals - place caller on hold - transfer caller to another number/extension I'll provide you with free minutes, required api token and sip credentials during project phase. DETAILS: - PJSIP 2.2.1 ([login to view URL]) plugin will be useable with Cordova 3.1.0+ ([login to view URL]) on both Android & iOS platforms - all codecs that are provided by PJSIP have to be useable (incl. Intel IPP: G723.1, G726, G728, G729A) I would like this plugin to match the Twilio Client Javascript library AS CLOSELY AS POSSIBLE. I have personally contributed to a Phonegap Plugin for Twilio's iOS and Android SDKs and it will be useful as a reference. You can also use the Twilio Client iOS/Android SDKs as a reference for how to package this library. iOS/Android Phonegap Plugin: [login to view URL] Twilio Client Javascript API Docs: [login to view URL] Repeat for emphasis: This needs to MATCH the Twilio Client Javascript library as closely as possible. If a method exists in the Twilio Client Javascript Library, you need to make sure it exists in this library. MUST HAVES: - Quality Code: Documented and Intelligent - Register to SIP Registration server (registration details will be provided) - Javascript Method: Set codec preferences when initializing the device - Javascript Method: Determine current registration status (registered, registering, unregistered) - Javascript Method: Establish a new call through registered server - Javascript Methods: Send DTMF tones (0-9, *, #), mute/unmute a call, activate/deactivate speaker, hold/unhold the call, volume control, Call Transfer, Hang-up Call - Receive Events/Callbacks from PJSIP: - incoming call, call details have to be provided - call end/hangup, incl. call details, release cause - when call has been muted/unmuted, speaker enabled/disabled, hold/unhold, volume change - debug messages / sip messages should be sent to [login to view URL]() if debug has been enabled
