From your description I gather that you want and iPhone app and an Android app, correct? Do you also want separate iPad and HTML 5 apps? Some other questions: - Do you envision having any type of web dashboard that you would use to manage the apps or the data? - How will users communicate with each other when there is a match? - Do you want to include push notifications? - Do you currently have web hosting, or will you need me to setup web servers? There are a lot of features to be detailed, and they all affect the final pricing.
