Write an iPhone application

Kind of development: New app from scratch Num. of web pages/modules: +- 30 content pages, video, HTML 5 Description of every page/module: General: App skeleton (iOS, Android) Views: HTML 5 skeleton, Splash, Main menu, Popups, Video player, Content pages X 30, Responsive HTML The App will deliver training content allowing a person to easily understand a certain topic in byte size form. Most pages will just be delivering text based content. The App needs the ability to play video content. Description of requirements/features: The App needs to be a hybrid App that will target primarily Android and iOS mobile devices. The App needs to be designed and developed from scratch. This potentially will be a suite of Apps depending on the success of the first App that is developed. We are therefore looking for someone/company to partner with, as we look to develop other Apps within the suite. We have partnered with a very well known business school in the UK. The Apps therefore must be of a very high quality. Specific technologies required: Hybrid technologies something like Phonegap (primarily target Android and iOS mobile devices). Extra notes: I have a PowerPoint that illustrates exactly what we are trying to achieve. The PowerPoint is for illustrative purposes and shouldn't determine what the design looks like. I have put it together to simulate how we see the App working. In order for you to see the PowerPoint, NDAs will need to be in place. I will also need to see your mobile application project portfolio you have completed in the past.
