I need 10 Andriod apps that are already on or can be published to Google Play. I don't care what the apps do as long as they are functional and have no bugs. I would prefer if they are already on Google play and all rights and ownership can be transferred. What ever the bid price is will be for purchase of apps and upload to Google play.
