Web Video Site, Experienced Coder for hire. -- 2

We are interested on working with a PHP, CSS coder that is experienced or familiar with php sugar foundation preferably, be able to modify open source code for JSplayer and be familiar with web video. We have a video site on the works and need some of the following functionality done on timely basis: Site needs to be 100% mobile compatible, reliable, consistent, real time playback (Video Playback as well as Upload). Video Player needs to adjust video quality based on bandwidth, whether its on pc, apple or any mobile devices. Custom work on our homepage. (This includes sliders, custom video showcase and any other design related optimizations.) Stereoscopic 3D Experience a plus.
