I am currently looking for an individual to access a public website [login to view URL] and re-key existing Company info into an Excel spreadsheet. [login to view URL] provides comprehensive contact information for consumers trying to locate Mortgage brokers throughout the USA. I am looking to capture 4 states (PA, NY, NJ, DE) worth of data. Roughly 700 companies. Company name, primary contact, address, phone, fax, and email if available. I would like the potential bidder to review the website and the states that I am requesting and assess the complexity of the job. Ideally I would like to capture every broker’s name that is listed on the website (roughly 8000) but for now I will be happy with NJ, NY, De, and PA. If you are ambitious and would like to propose an aggressive bid to do the whole USA, by all mean please do. I will consider all bids. I would like to pay no more then 100.00 for this project (4 states of data). I will be spot checking 10% of the content for accuracy and data integrity. ## Deliverables 1) An excel spreadsheet including all of the brokers that are listed in NJ, NY, PA, and DE. The spreadsheet will include company name, contact name, address, primary phone number, fax number and email if available. 2) Contractor should expect to have his work spot checked for integrity and accuracy. 3) Job will be rejected if the above is not met. ## Platform Excel 2000 or better
