Wordpress google style map

We are looking to implement into Wordpress a jQuery location map with similar functions to Googlemaps.. 1. Map is of a fixed area (about 100 buldings) 2. Zoom in zoom out needed 3. Pan left, right, up, down needed when zoomed in 4. Each property needs to have fucntion to rollover and show tooltip with photo and text details taken from assigned wordpress post. 5. Tooltip will also link directly to the post 6. Map has limited properties but would be good to be able to edit the linking (rollover) areas 7. Second map will be made from this template Thanks
