iOS + Android Application (Matching calendars and showing map)

I am looking for one or two developers who have skills in: iOS+Android development + Back-end and Database creation + Webservices API. I do not need a web front-end for the moment, therefore only app clients and simple back-end structure is needed. Design for the apps will be provided. I invite all the bidders to carefully read the following project summary before bidding. The app is designed for: 1) Specialized Facilities dedicated to host domestic animals 2) “Occasional” Hosts, animal lovers with an eye to their budget 3) Applicants looking for a place where to make their domestic animal stay based on their own needs Profile types are possible: 1) A Host Profile, divided in: - Personal Data, where the Host has to insert information such as Company Name (if Specialized facility) or Name, Surname if “occasional” host (not a Specialized facility); Address and eventually upload a profile picture of the person or the facility - Experience, where the Host can insert the number of years of experience, if he had previous experiences, what types of animals he is willing to host, the eventual daily rate, and some other information - Availability date, that should be saved in database and matched with the search time frame of the Applicant (a sort of Calendar Functionality, even existing libraries could be built in the native apps) 2) Applicant Profile, divided in Personal Data (Name, Surname, Location, …) and Photo In order to send a request, an Applicant can search a Host through an advanced search page (AJAX). Search results can be a list of Hosts and a map localization of the Hosts (icons for the map will be also provided). On the map for each icon balloons should be implemented with some basic information (like rating and availability date) and they should be clickable. Applicant profiles should be able to send request to Host Profile. The requests should be implemented in a way that the Host Profile can accept/reject them and the Applicant Profile can see the History and cancel them. Push notifications should also be sent together with the request. A rating functionality for both profiles should be implemented. Everything on the app should be clickable and interactive. Advanced functionalities (such as chat or any other complex library that requires more time) will be planned for a second phase. So, for this initial phase the functionalities required are simple, quite standard and therefore they should be adapted to the latest User Experiences built on the latest iOS and Android OS. When bidding, please do also provide references to some similar projects you worked on. A more detailed document and wireframes will be provided after the selection.
