Website wordpress with extra module

Wanted: WORDPRESS EXPERT!! Due that my former webdeveloper wansn't able to finish this project, I am looking for a serious web developer and wordpress expert who can do the job, **NO FREELANCERS WHO SAY THEY CAN DO THE JOB, BUT IN REAL LIFE THEY CAN'T!** THis project can be split in two smaller projects. The first project contains making a basic website in wordpress. The website should be fully dynamic, so I will be able to change content from the admin pannel and also will be able to install plugin's. I have the example up and running at [login to view URL], which is the website my former web developer is not able to finish. Furthermore the website should contain the following quote request forms: [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] The second project is about making a module (should be one page on the website), in which customers can combine different colours and see this graphically changing once they click on a particular colour. The photoshop work, concerning all the available colours has already been done.
