We are in need of someone that understands how to create compelling questions for customer satisfaction surveys regardless of the size of the business or the industry that business is in. We will defer to your expertise on what information should be collected from the customer, the questions that should be asked and the number of questions (anywhere between 20 and 30) to ask in order to get a meaningful result. The survey scale will be based on from 1 to 10 (1 being the worse and 10 being the best) and they questions should be worded to reflect that. Again, this will be up to you how to word the numbering on the scale depending on the questions. But we wish to keep it simple for the customer.
Once you have created the questions, you will need to supply solutions that will help the company improve their customer's satisfaction with them based on the rating they have been given on a particular question.
Anyone having experience in market research, focus groups, customer satisfaction, advertising and public relations is encourage to bid. We will take your work history and rating into account, but more importantly we will read what you propose on this project.
