Help with customer support

Hi, Long story short : we sell space saving furniture online all over in India. We are planning to do a lot of offline promotion to send visitors to our online store. Pl note that our furniture can be bought only online - we don’t have retail stores and we don’t intend to open one anytime soon. Therefore, we shall aggressively promote [login to view URL] which should generate decent inquiries coming in. However, since it’s a furniture item, buyers would want to speak to a human authority (at least over the phone) prior buying it online. And that is exactly where we would like “you” to help us with. How do we see it working? - You can be located anywhere in India, and you can work from your own home/office - We give you extra SIM so that your privacy is maintained - You handle call enquiries from potential buyers and help convert into a sale; you should be OK to be available for support 10 AM to 10 PM IST on mobile - You need to record all calls (via simple call recorder app) and send us every Tuesday - Weekly on-call meeting of 30 mins every Thursday - You maintain a register of call logs every day with Number, Name and Product(s) a caller was interested in - You make a follow-up mail immediately, and do a follow-up call every 4th day. You help them with their product/process queries, and encourage them to buy it online - We will share system-generated reports each fortnight with you; if customer you had handled once, ends up buying with us, you get $3 per customer per sale - Pl note you only handle incoming calls and hence the callers wouldn’t be the warm enquiries but hot-prospects with 95% chances of being converted into a sale - should you handle them with care ;-) It’s like someone is coming at our doors, and all we have to do is to escort/invite them inside with warmth and affection. - We won’t mind paying fixed salary if we get along well, but initially we will have to try a pure incentives arrangement of association - Expect 10 to 15 enquiries per day as our new store launches, and more as it all goes live with promotions, you could earn thousands from and within the premises of your home Ideal for… - Qualified housewives/home-sitters or physically challenged who has a constraint of not going out and working - People who are more of people persons, who can easily talk in a friendly amicable way - Excellent oral and written communication skills is MUST - It’s an ongoing project, commitment to the job from your side is MUST Pl feel free to write back for questions if any.
